Iswarya Fertility center opens IVF center in chennai.
After making its mark in the textile city of Coimbatore and Palani, Iswarya Fertility Centre, a test-tube baby and Research Centre, today opened its facility in Chennai.
The Hospital was inaugurated by Chennai Mayor M Subramaniam in the presence of its Medical Director S Chandralekha.
The multi-speciality centre with all modern in-vitro fertilisation facilities, offered various treatments for infertile couples.
Later, talking to reporters, Dr Chandralekha said ”the joy of parenting is the basic right of every couple. But one out of 18 couples face the distressing problem of infertility”.
The centre was the leader in the field of reproductive medicine and In-Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) for nearly a decade. The aim of the centre was that any childless couple, who step into the Hospital should go with a child, she added.
The centre, set up with an investment of about Rs six crore following demands from the people of Chennai, would offer all kinds of fertility care to the infertile couple, who would be offered counselling, consultancy and all basic investigation through prcedures like Intra Uteri Insemination, IVF, Intra Cyptoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), Sperm Retrieval for Azoospermia by TESA, MESA, PESA, embryo donation and surrogacy.
The unique feature of the centre was that it would have a genetic research to identify any infections before the creation of baby and the injection of artificial embryo inside. – Bureau Report
